If you are an individual assigned to Defendant's work locations in Illinois or St. Louis, Missouri who were assigned log in credentials for a dash-camera with inattentive driving software in an SET-owned vehicle between March 1, 2019, and July 26, 2024, then you may be a member of the "Settlement Class" as discussed further on the Notice and this website.
Excluded from the Settlement Class are (1) any Judge or Magistrate presiding over this Action and members of their families; (2) Persons who properly execute and file a timely request for exclusion from the Settlement Class; and (3) the legal representatives, successors or assigns of any excluded Persons.
